1. Service description
FlightFlo is a flight information and rebooking discovery tool. It surfaces alternative routes when your flight is disrupted and summarizes published airline rebooking policies to help you understand your options. FlightFlo is not a booking service, not a travel agent, and not a guarantor of eligibility under any airline's policy.
2. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to use FlightFlo.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to scrape the service, submit automated requests outside of normal use, abuse rate limits, or resell, redistribute, or otherwise commercialize data obtained from FlightFlo without our written consent.
4. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no guarantee of accuracy of flight data, real-time status, or eligibility computations. Airlines change policies and operations frequently, and final decisions on rebooking, refunds, and travel are made by the airline.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlightFlo and Flightflo LLC are not liable for missed connections, denied rebookings, financial losses, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from reliance on the service. You must confirm eligibility, fares, and travel details directly with the operating airline before relying on any information shown in FlightFlo.
6. Intellectual property
FlightFlo's content, design, and code are owned by Flightflo LLC. User-submitted content (e.g., monitored trips, feedback) remains yours; you grant FlightFlo a limited license to use it to operate and improve the service.
7. Termination
You may stop using FlightFlo at any time by deleting your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that pose a risk to the service or other users.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms over time. Material changes will be highlighted in the app or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
